Service Level Agreement
If you require more support than the standard, we offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). The advantages of an SLA include incident escalation, support for software updates, longer opening times and a dedicated Service Coordinator.

The OnGuard Service Centre provides remote assistance via ISL order to provide you with as efficient and fast service as possible. ISL enables Service Centre operators to view your computer via the Internet. There is no need for you to install any software and it uses the standard internet port (80).
